Coconut Almond Vanilla Ice Cream

My daughter and I just bought an ice cream maker. It’s summer, right? Lol. So, we tried a different creation last night. It was terrific! This served two, could serve more, but at two its 7.5 net carbs a serving. Go ahead, treat yourself!! 


Ingredients 

1/2 cup Califa Farms Toasted Coconut Almond Milk 

1/2 cup half and half

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup sweetener of choice

1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract 
Directions 

Mix all ingredients and put into ice cream maker per instructions for your maker. Ours is a new one that does it all! No freezing a bucket, nada. We love it! A tip is freeze the mix 10 minutes before adding it to any maker. This helps the process.

Net carbs: 7.5 grams per serving.
