So, Abbey asked for chocolate chip cookies. I googled around and came up with a recipe that works! Mine made 9 cookies. The average carb per cookie will vary based on ingredients you use. These roughly have 3 carbs each.
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup plus 1/3 cup Splenda
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp melted butter, unsalted or margarine or coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup SF chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
Mix dry ingredients in another bowl.
Fold in chips
Make 9 cookie balls and place on greased sheet tray.
Press cookies out flat as they will not flatten otherwise.
Cook 12-13 mins till brown. Cool. Enjoy!
