So, made these today. I used the Mission Carb Balance flour tortilla and half a wheat one. I prefer the wheat. 😉 Easy and tasty, even the kids will enjoy. 😉
1/2 Mission Carb Balance Wheat tortilla
1 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp Splenda
1 tbsp cinnamon
Mix Splenda and cinnamon. Set aside.
Cut tortillas into 12 pieces
Place on sheet pan
Brush with butter
Sprinkle with cinnamon mixture
Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Then up to 400 for a minute to brown a bit.
