Hamburger Steak with Mushroom Butter Sauce

This dish is excellent in place of traditional Salisbury steak and way more tasty!! 

  
Nutritional info:

  
2   3 ounce hamburger patties (used 85/15)

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Two grinds of Rachael Ray 24/7 seasoning. If you don’t have this a sprinkle of cumin on each will work 

1/4 cup chopped baby bella mushrooms 

1 1/2 tbsp KerryGold butter
Preheat oven to 350

Place meat in pan and season. Cook uip desired doneness. 

Place mushrooms and butter, salt and pepper in a pan and saute until mushrooms are soft. 

When meat is done, plate and top with mushroom butter sauce. Enjoy!!
