So, who does not love the easy shake and bake pork chops? I mean come on, those little boxes of bready goodness are delish! Well, I decided to create my own. These are SO unbelievably tender and flavorful! And, at about 4 carbs per chop, feel free to have two if you would like! I paired this with my Miracle Rice and Broccoli (recipe on the blog) and it was a great low-carb meal! 🙂
Here is the ingredient list and nutrition info:
First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Ready your pan however you need (tin foil, spray, etc).
In a zip bag place Panko, Parmesan, almond flour and all spices/seasonings.
In a bowl whisk egg and half/half (or use coconut milk or almond milk).
Dredge chops in the egg mix, then place into the zip bag and shake to coat with the breading mixture.
Place into pan.
Repeat with all 9 chops (more or less depending on your family and you will have leftover breading so the carbs technically will be a bit less than above…but it’s a general scale).
Bake for 30-45 minutes (depending on your oven and your liking of doneness).
