Sometimes you just want meat. LOL. This is really something that is SO simple to throw in the oven and you can pretty much make any side (cauli mac and cheese, cauli rice) and it will be perfect! I often serve this with steamed broccoli or Parmesan roasted asparagus (recipe is here on my blog for that, just search). And, this cut of meat is relatively cheap in the family pack so you can feed your family pretty cheap! 🙂
6 cube steaks
EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
2 tbs freshly ground black pepper
2 tbs sea salt
1 tsp season salt
2 tbs Rachael Ray 24/7 seasoning blend (grinder) OR you may elect to use 1/2 tsp (sprinkle evenly) cumin with 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
2 tbs dried parsley.
Place the meat into a baking dish.
Brush with EVOO.
Add seasonings on top with parsley last.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until meat is done and tender. Serve as you like. Enjoy! 🙂
