Parmesan Crusted Chicken Tenders

There is nothing quite like chicken tenders whether you are a kid or an adult. We all love them. I for one love them with a honey mustard sauce, alas I have not mastered a low carb one that tastes right, but that’s another post! These tenders, however, are delicious and tasty! 

1 bag boneless chicken breast tenderloins (about 14 tenders)

1/2 cup Panko crumbs (plain)

1/4 cup almond flour

2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp dried parsley

salt to taste

Pepperr to taste

1 tsp seasoned salt

dash or two of savory seasoning (similar to poultry seasoning)
You will also need a gallon storage bag. 
First, preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all ingredients except chicken into the gallon storage bag. 

Two at a time, place chicken tenders into the bag, zip closed and shake to coat. 

Line into baking dish. 

Repeat with all 14 tenders. 

Bake for about 40 minutes or until they are done through and golden brown. 

I served mine with miracle broccoli cheddar rice (recipe on blog also). DELISH!!

These are 2 carbs per tender!!!
