Quick Chicken Noodle Soup 

So, my sinuses decided to create a sore throat. I wanted chicken noodle soup, but gotta low carb it. Didn’t thaw chicken. Ugh. What to do? Well, this worked!!


1 bag Tyson Grilled and Ready Pulled Chicken

1 small can peas and carrots, drained

1 1/2 cups CarbaNada Egg pasta

2-3 cups chicken stock, or broth

Salt

Pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped. About 1/8 cup or so.
First heat chicken thoroughly in a large pot.

Boil water for pasta.

Cook pasta.

Add stock and veggies to chicken. Add pasta. Season to taste with salt n pepper, add parsley.

Serve! This made 4 family sized bowls for my crew! This was dinner!
