Turkey Burgers

So I wanted something different. After chatting with some friends and figuring out what to do, I decided to try to make turkey burgers, but in the oven. it worked. They were very good! Moist and tender, great flavor. At about 4 carbs per burger, they are a crowd pleaser! Now, it would be less carbs without the A1 sauce but hey, lets live a second ok? The A1 puts it over the top!

2 pounds 93% lean ground turkey

1 egg

1/8 cup Panko

2 tablespoons A1 sauce (to top burgers)

1 tbsp EVOO

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

1 tbsp parsley

1 tsp savory seasoning

1-2 tsp Rachael Ray 24/7 seasoning

Put everything in a big bowl. Mix well.

Grease a baking pan with spray (olive oil preferably) and preheat oven to 375

Make 6 patties (they will be big and that’s ok!)

Top each with the A1 sauce.

Place into the oven for 45-50 minutes or until juices run clear.
