Have kids? Picky eaters? Well here is a fast, simple, low carb plate that is meat, cheese and eggs. Cant flip an omelette? Me either! So, we make scrambles!!! You can add all kinds of things but my kid is simple. 😉
2 slices canadian bacon, cut up
1 slice american cheese, cut up
1 tsp butter for cooking.
Break eggs in a bowl and wisk. Add meat, salt and pepper.
Melt butter and add egg mix.
Top with cheese.
Scramble like regular eggs! 😄👍
