No Banana, Banana Nut Bread (low carb) 

Do i have your attention? I do right? Take a look:


This bread has no banana but tastes soo wonderful like the real thing. Its tender and moist, soo good. Under 4 carbs a slice, these are big slices too! This is one if my best creations. I cant wait to do texas size muffins with this recipe!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Carbquik

2/3 cup almond flour

1/3 cup coconut flour

1 1/4 cups Califia Farms almond coconut milk blend, or milk of your choice just adjust carbs if needed.

1/8 tsp baking powder

Dash salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup Splenda

2 eggs

1 tbsp vanilla

2 1/2 teaspoons banana extract

2 squirts liquid sweetener (optional)

1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

Spray a 1.5 quart loaf pan, set aside.

Mix dry ingredients above , except nuts, with a mixer.

Add eggs and milk. Mix well.

Add liquid sweetener, extracts and mix with a large spoon.

Fold in walnuts.

Pour into pan and bake 40-45 minutes until toothpick is clean.

Allow to cool before cutting.
