This recipe is 100% credited to my wonderful daughter, Abbey. Her creation and it’s marvelous!!
3 cups Carbquik
1 1/2 to 2 cups water
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1/2 cup pizza sauce
5-6 mozzarella sticks, broken in half
15-20 slices of pepperoni
8 slices canadian bacon, cut into slices
1 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
3 baby peppers sliced
First melt butter and add mushrooms and peppers. Salt and pepper if desired. cook till done and remove. Set aside
In a big bowl place Carbquik and add water until you get a dough. Add herbs. Mix.
Roll out dough to about a 14-16 inch crust. If needed, line pizza pan with foil and press by hand.
Next, take the edges and roll in the cheese stick pieces, folding dough over to close.
Place the crust in a 375 degree oven for 5-7 minutes. Remove.
Spread on sauce and half the shredded cheese.
Add pepperoni and canadian bacon. Add shrooms and peppers, not the juices tho!!!!
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake another 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned.
This makes about 12 big slices.
