Low Carb Easy Chicken Salad

i was trying to make chicken salad. My daughter suggested to make it like tuna salad. Ok. Here goes!


This makes about three generous servings.

1 package of refrigerated Tyson Grilled and Ready Chicken breasts, cut small.

2 tbsp Dukes mayo

Pepper to taste

2 boiled eggs diced

1/3 cup diced dill pickles

1 tsp parsley
Mix it all together in a bowl, serve on low carb bread or a low carb tortilla.
