Mushroom Chicken Alfredo 

This was the best bowl of Alfredo I’ve had on low carb. Amazing! The flavors of the chicken, mushrooms, sauce all marry so well. Have a look!

Now the recipe. Easy to make in a rush. It’s all pretty much store bought. 😉

1 bag frozen Tyson grilled diced chicken breasts

2 cups dry Carba-Nada egg Fettuchine pasta (buy on Amazon or Netrition).

3/4 jar Ragu Classic Alfredo sauce

4 tbsp grated Parmesan.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Dried parsley.

1 tsp butter

5-6 oz sliced mushrooms


Heat chicken and season with salt and pepper if needed.

Boil water and add pasta.

Melt butter in another pan and add mushrooms. Allow to cook until semi soft.

Drain pasta and add to thoroughly heated chicken.

Add Alfredo sauce, Parmesan and parsley to chicken. Mix.

Fold in mushrooms.


Nutrition for each serving.
