Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast muffins

Want a hearty breakfast? These are good. You could use egg whites if u wanted, I didn’t. This would work with so many breakfast meats, other cheeses, ohh its endless what you could do!


1 pound of sausage, your choice. OR make your own with ground pork, sage, salt, pepper, Rosemary, etc.

6 eggs

1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack)
Brown sausage and drain well.

1 tsp parsley (dried is ok)


Whisk eggs in a separate bowl until mixed well.

Add sausage and cheese. Mix. Add parsley.

Pour into a greased muffin tin. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until egg is cooked through.

I do not recommend using paper muffin cups. I did and  they are hard to get out. FYI.
