Low Carb Broccoli Chicken Alfredo


This is simple. I took the easy way out, but at about 10 carbs for the plate, not bad!!!

Ingredients:

Tyson grilled and ready diced chicken breasts

Evoo for heating chicken

1 1/2 cups CarbaNada egg noodles ( buy at netrition.com)

3/4 jar Ragu Alfredo Sauce

Extra parm if desired

Salt and pepper as needed

1 cup broccoli florets, steamed.
Heat chicken in a pan with evoo.

Boil water and add noodles.

When noodles are aldente, drain, add to chicken.

Add sauce, mix. Add seasonings and extra cheese if desired.

Steam broccoli in the microwave until tender. This won’t take long and will happen while you are heating the Alfredo.

I made my plate using the broc, topped with Alfredo. My family had the rest of the Alfredo. A yummy dinner!
