12 oz frozen cauliflower and broccoli mix
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 egg beaten
3 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled.
1 cup almond flour
1 oz 2% milk
Evoo for frying
First thaw broc and cauli in microwave. Then rice or shred using your found processor. Or, chop finely with a knife.
Add salt, pepper, Parmesan and almond flour. Mix a little.
Add beaten egg and milk. Mix well.
Heat pan and evoo. Drop onto pan and flatten into fritters. Fry on each side 3-4 minutes or until browned.
I had mine with some smoked sausage.
