This has to be the easiest and best shake yet. 2.4 net carbs can’t be bad and it tastes so good!
3/4 cup unsweet coconut milk
1 oz half and half
1 oz So Delicious coconut creamer
1 squirt liquid sweetener
3 oz Torani sugar free strawberry syrup
1/2 scoop Isopure vanilla zero carb protein powder
Land o lakes SF whip cream (optional)
Drop strawberry extract
Ice (3/4 cup should be fine)
Mix all in the Ninja or blender until I’ve is crushed and shake is thickened. Put in a glass and top with SF whipped cream. Drink up! This makes about 2 14 oz servings on average.
