Low Carb Strawberry Protein Shake

So, wanted a strawberry shake. Here we go! It’s perfect! 

Ingredients:

1 cup So Delicious unsweet coconut milk

2 tbsp heavy cream or half and half

1/2 cup sliced/ cubed strawberries

3/4 scoop Isopure Zero Carb vanilla protein powder

3 squirts liquid sweetener

Handful ice

1 tsp strawberry extract (optional)

Land O Lakes SF whipped cream for topping (optional) 
Directions:

In blender ( I use Ninja) mix everything but whipped cream until thoroughly blended and ice crushed. 

Pour into cup or glass, top with cream. Enjoy!
