Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

I never liked asparagus, or so I thought. But, guess what? I LOVE IT!!! This is an easy way to make it, very tasty! And, it’s low in carbs (unless you eat it all yourself) Haha.



8-10 asparagus, ends cut off

Extra Virgin Olive oil

Basting brush

Sea Salt

Black Pepper

Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375

Place asparagus on a sheet tray.

Brush LIGHTLY with olive oil (EVOO)

Add salt and pepper.

Add Parmesan cheese.

Roast 8-10 minutes, checking after 8 minutes as you don’t want them soggy, you want a bit of a bite to them. 🙂 ENJOY!

Net Carbs: Varies, but about 1 carb for two spears usually.
