Does that not look so good you could just dive in? Yes, it does!! And, you can! 🙂 This recipe is so easy and so flavorful you will never reach for a hoagie roll again!
1 14 count box Steakumms
1/2 pound mushrooms (whatever you prefer)
1/2 cup diced onions
5 baby sweet peppers, cut up
1 tbsp taco seasoning or fajita seasoning (more to your taste)
4 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
6 Mission Carb Balance Low Carb Fajita tortillas (3 net carbs each)
10-12 slices provolone cheese
In one pan place 2 tbsp olive oil and the worchestershire sauce, add meat, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until done.
In another pan, add olive oil and vegetables with salt and pepper to taste.
When the meat is cooked, add in the taco seasoning or fajita seasoning and allow to cook a couple more minutes.
Meanwhile, line a baking dish with six of the tortillas.
When the meat is done and veggies are done, fill each tortilla with meat and veggie mix. Top with 1-2 slices of provolone cheese.
Place into a 350 degree oven for about 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and heated through.
Advice: Make sure to spray your baking pan (if needed) so they don’t stick. 🙂
